The Lower House of Congress began today a special session in order to debate the 2013 Budget bill, expected to be passed with a high majority of votes before being sent to the Senate.
Lawmakers began the debate at midday today.
For next year, the government estimated 4.4% economic growth, annual inflation of 10.8% and an official dollar rate average of 5.10 pesos.
