‘The Gov’t limits on wage demands,’ Moyano

Secretary-general of the CGT umbrella union Hugo Moyano said today that he will not be attending the Minimum Wage Council “because the Government will put limits” on the demands of the trade unions.

“I will not be attending the wage council,” Moyano confirmed during a radio interview today.

“Last year, when we decided that the minimum wage had to be a certain amount, they said ‘no, because according to the President it has to cost so much.’ Now they make a decree directly,” Moyano said.
